The Faces of Violence. A Dialogue Between Those Who Witness It, Those Who Suffer It, and Those Who Intervene
On November 24, at the Teatro della Cooperativa Abitare, a meeting titled “Le facce della violenza. Un confronto tra chi vede, chi subisce, chi interviene” [The Faces of Violence. A Dialogue Between Those Who Witness It, Those Who Suffer It, and Those Who Intervene] will be held to mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women.
The event will offer a moment of reflection on the phenomenon of gender-based violence through dialogue between the academic world and local associations. Its aim is to understand male violence against women and to imagine deep and structural possibilities for intervention, beyond any emergency rhetoric.
